ABOUT ME

I am a certified massage therapist and bodyworker with advanced training in energywork and EFT/Emotional Freedom Technique.  My focus includes engaging the healing mechanisms of each person I work with. This may include the lymphatic system, craniosacral fluid, and/or universal energy that connects us all.

Energy healing comes in various forms. I provide Reiki healing sessions, Reiki instruction, and EFT-- a powerful self-care tool for energy tapping.
